To expand the ministries of Faith Bible Church while building on our identity as a community church.

†  Expand worship opportunities and styles, focusing on new forms or services that will be attractive to younger adults and younger families. 

†  Enhance Christian Education program to children, youth, and families focusing on the needs of younger families. 

†  Increase the use of spiritual gifts as the way to identify persons for the various ministry opportunities in the church. 

†  Expand discipleship training for new members and create a new track of "advanced discipleship training" for mature Christians. 

†  Target evangelism ministries to new residents, unbelievers/seekers, and nominal Christians, focusing on reaching younger families. 

†  Expanding witnessing training to more members of the congregation. 

†  Improve the ways we incorporate new members into the full life of the fellowship. 

†  Create new local missions and outreach projects, looking for ways that we can meet the heart hungers of our culture as well as the physical needs. 

†  Reach an average worship attendance of 210. 

†  Increase the number of fellowship and small groups.
